Elywyn Griffiths is a poultry farmer in Shropshire. He has installed a rainwater harvesting and filtration system with a capacity to create 300 tonnes of water a day. Alongside the substantial environmental benefits; they are now self-sufficient - saving £100,000 a year in water rates.
