Edward Dale, an arable farmer, takes us through the controlled traffic farming (CTF) system he uses on his North Linconshire farm.

Using CTF is simple and has lots of benefits; increased soil fertility, better drainage, increased yields, lower fuel use and many farmers revert to lower horse power machinery as the less compacted soil creates less drag.
